Today I’m going to share with you some information that literally has the power to change your life. See, I am not able to change your life but you certainly are, and I have found ideas that literally change everything in our life. Many years ago I was fortunate enough to discover the law of attraction but along with my discovery, a man who introduced it to me also gave me very specific instructions on how to use it. …and it’s not the typical type of way of using the LOA. Whether you believe in it or not, it works. I guess today I would call him my mentor or coach. At that time he saw something in me that I couldn’t see in myself. Up to that time, I had gone down every road you could think of, but none of them led to a good end. I was on a wrong road, if today I had to summarize it in one word… I would say it was “boring” or “dull”. My entire life I was struggling to make money, it was not possible for me to find a job that I loved and overall, I wasn’t happy with my life, nor did I have any business experience.
But this man gave me clear instructions how to turn my life around, so I started to follow his directions. I went from making barely $13,000 a year to $90,000 a year. And then 7 months later I was at $400,000. Maybe you’re wondering what I was doing… …well I was selling cellphone contracts door to door. When I sold a contract I earned an average of $70. It didn’t take me long to sell many contracts per day. The thing literally took off like a rocket. 12 months later I made $90,000 per year. But when I was sitting there, I kept asking myself: “How in the hell did I get here? How did that happen?” You know, there are many people selling contracts door to door, a lot of people had been introduced to the law of attraction, but none of them was doing what I was doing. So I kept asking myself what happened. I suppose that I’ve been raised in a similar way than you, like that if you’re earning a lot of money… you must be a very smart person. To be honest, I knew that I wasn’t that smart like many others, but for some reason I was making a lot of money. So I started to look around, searching what was going on.
I’ve been on the “Search Journey” for more than 3 years until I was able to connect the dots. And when I figured what happened, why I changed, why my life changed so much for the better, I realized that I found something very very valuable. This may sound odd… I know, but it’s 100% true. It’s an interesting fact that 99 out of 100 people who succeed in life have mostly no idea why it is. They believe it’s because of their product, their experience and their knowledge. See, at the time I went from $13,000 to $90,000 a year, I knew that I was on the winning road, but consider that I took me more than 3 years to figure it out. When I figured it out, I realized that it was such a simple thing, and I knew, I had to share it with as many people as I can because I wanted them to use it too. During the 3 years of searching what was going on, I was studying many popular people in the law of attraction field, one of them was Earl Nightingale. His programs literally burnt deep into my mind. I vividly remember one of his recordings… and at one point in the record he said: “We tend to minimize the things we can do, the goals we can accomplish and for some equally strange reason, we think other people can accomplish things that we cannot.” He said:”I want you to understand that this is not true. You’ve got many talents within you.” If both would sit for a cup of coffee and you would ask me if I did understand it… I would answer:”Of course I understand it.” I’ve been listening to Earl’s recordings a couple thousand times in the 3 years I was searching why I was on the winning road. You’d be asking yourself:”How did you get on that winning road?” Let me tell you now. I changed my habits.
It worked for me like crazy and it will work for you as well. I am pretty sure all of you have big goals, big dreams and big aspirations like I had and still have. But you cannot achieve any of them without forming habits that support you to achieve them. You will never be able to achieve big goals and dreams without forming new habits that help you get there. Most people already have that knowledge. That’s not the challenge. You know that you need good habits. The challenge is, you cannot keep the good habit going. And that is by far one of the biggest reasons why so many people fail by using the law of attraction. They read all these books, they watch tons of videos and they think, all they have to do is think in a certain way and everything will change for them like magic. That’s not the case. That’s not how the law of attraction works. In order to make a change in your life, you need both: -The right thinking AND In this article I wanna cover how you can form and maintain habits that will help you to achieve all your dreams and goals. The reason you couldn’t maintain new habits is because you forgot about the most important thing to stick with them. The one thing you must use to form new habits and stick to them are “triggers.”
Now what are triggers in that context? Triggers are moments you use to activate your new habit. Let’s say you want to work more regularly. So one way to implement your new habit could be to write your new goal down on a piece of paper, or put it on your vision board or by using any of the most in common methods. But what I found is that on a day to day basis, it’s not enough for me to write about things I want in my life. I need triggers that put me on auto pilot to form new habits. You can see a trigger in this context as a little voice in yourself that’s telling you on a certain time every day to perform your new habit. I think you agree that if you would have such a voice in yourself that’s pushing you forward, there’s no way around that you’d become better in what you’re doing. That’s exactly the kind of concept I’ve been taught by my mentor. He not only introduced the Law of Attraction to me but also how to put it into action. And he said to me that the only thing I would need to form new habits in my life is a smartphone, or a cellphone. Simply put, set up alarms on your cellphone as a trigger to maintain our new habit. I know, this concept sounds so basic and so simple, and you’re wondering if that’s really the secret to become more successful, to attract all the things you want in life etc. And the answer is YES it is if you also think in a certain way. Forming supporting habits is just one part of the equation, the other part are to maintain new habits. Let’s stick with the example that you wanna exercise more regularly. So here’s how to do it: -Set up 3 weekly alarms on your cellphone Or let’s say you want to make more sales in your business, then your triggers could set up like this: -Set up 3 daily alarms You see… you can apply this method to literally any area of your life, to any habit you wanna maintain. The funny thing is that we all look on our phone all day long.
So why not use it as an effective tool to make our lives better? By now, you know about the importance of having the right habits in your life. Below, I’ve created an awesome free piece of content for you that will provide you the very best habits for each of your life. You can download it 100% for free. CONTENT UPGRADE: The 10 Best Habits for More Health, The 10 Best Habits for More Money, The 10 Best Habits for more Productivity, The 10 Best Habits for more Love and Joy In Life Over the course of the last few years I’ve tried all different kind of habits out, and I found that there are some specific habits that helped me increase my energy level, to become much more successful with my business, have a better relationship with my wife and family, become more healthy… overall, getting a much better life. To give you an idea what’s possible, let me share with you a real case study from the first 6 months after changing all bad habits with this “trigger” method I mentioned above so you can see what’s possible. What I did was to implement the exact kind of habits rich and very successful people have. I literally followed my mentors advice and did what he said. So the first thing I did was to form the habit of waking up early. We all know the saying:”The early bird catches the worm”, right? Usually I went to bed very late, mostly between 11 and 12 at night. I was so addicted to all the movies and shows…
Anyways… Instead of going to bed very late, I decided to get to back very early so that I’m be able to wake up earlier than before. For me, I need 8 hours of full sleep, some people need 7, some 9, it really depends. I went to bed at 9pm every evening and woke up at 5am straight. And yes, it’s been very challenging in the beginning but I knew “Why” I was doing this. I wanted to make a change in my life and I knew that this habit was a part of making that change. So instead of hitting the snooze button several times, at 5am I woke up and jumped out of bed. What I found is that getting up earlier not only gives me a better feeling in my life, but it also helped me to get much more things done. In fact, I am able to get more things done in the morning hours than the whole day. The next habit I wanted to form was to exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. Everybody swears by it, including self made successes. Just one pitfall… I never exercised that much in my life, but I knew it was time to join a gym… once more. But this time I was gonna work out 4 times a week and stick to it. The hardest part wasn’t going to the gym at all, it was exercising after working the whole day. I just wanted to sit back, relax and watch a movie or taking a nap after a long day in my office. But, I’ve set up multiple alarms on my cellphone that reminded me to go to the gym after work, no matter what. After 10 days it already became a habit. My laziness and tiredness in the evening had vanished.
My body was ready for physical activity because the toxins were leaving my body faster, I started sleeping better and getting up easier, other than that, exercising was a very good way for me to relax. I became more concentrated and more calmer. As part of my journey, I began to meditate. I said to myself:”If it helps successful people to stay on top of their game, so it should help me out too.” Every day I began to meditate for 20 minutes, but because I was busy throughout the whole day, I’ve divided it into two sessions. One 10 minute session in the morning, and one 10 minute session in the evening. And it was actually very easy because I didn’t follow any specific type of guided meditation, no… All I did was to focus on my breath for 10 minutes. I also tried not to move my body while meditating, so I sit back, totally relaxed without moving my body at all. Just focusing on my breath for 10 minutes. What meditation did for me was to help me get my head straight and refuel my energy.
After doing meditation for 2 weeks I noticed the first results. My usual tension decreased, it was easier for me to think my tasks throughout the day and I was able to come up with answers to questions and problems much easier than before. Meditation helped to sharpen my mind in a way I’ve never experienced with anything else before. Now it was time for me to become ambitious. I started to set goals for myself and I wanted to achieve them. To stay organized, I started to make daily to-do lists and daily not-to-do lists. There are many apps out there for this, but I used a simple piece of paper and wrote down what I had to do every day. But I didn’t came with a normal, do this, do that list. What I did was to come up with the 3 most important tasks I had to take this day to get closer in achieving my goals. These 3 tasks became my number one priority. I also made a list of things I don’t do today. Such things like “Watching a movie in the evening, watching the news, reading stupid stuff etc.”, general speaking, stuff that’s preventing me from achieving my goals. In the beginning I felt a bit exhausted to knock off the 3 major things for the day, but it didn’t took that long and I didn’t felt that exhausted anymore. I guess the good sleep, exercising on a regular basis and meditating were working their magic. Another habit I wanted to implement was to read more useful books.
For some it might be a challenge to read, but not for me. I always had been a bookworm, but I rarely found time to read. The type of books I started reading had been biographies, self help books, history books and professional literature. To implement this new reading habit wasn’t that hard at all because since I woke up earlier, I was able to read as part of my morning routine. Those books not only taught me new techniques, strategies and tactics, but they also helped me to grow my mind, to grow as a person. The next habit I wanted to add to my daily schedule was to keep a very minimalism fashion.
A lot of very successful people, such as Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg often wearing the same outfit every day. So I decided to follow their example, bought the same outfit several times and put it into my closet. Honestly, I was very surprised how much positive impact this new habit had to my life. Because now I no longer had to put any of my willpower into deciding what outfit should I wear. Wearing the same type of clothes every day also helped me to realize that I saved a lot of money by adding this habit to my life. Naturally I started to think about other areas in my life how I could save more money because successful people don’t spend any money on useless things. I decided to follow through and make it another habit of mine and be thrifty. I’ve created a list of everything I bought every day so that I could see where I spend my money on. I found it is much cheaper to buy food for the entire week rather than going to the grocery store almost every day. For bigger purchases I followed a different strategy.
Whenever I wanted to buy something, I asked myself: “Will this thing be useful? Will it make me better?” If the answer was yes, then I wrote it down on my wishlist. If two weeks later I still wanted to buy this item, I got it. But most of the time I ended up changing my mind within this two weeks. This system helped me save over 40% of my income in the first month, and almost 60% in the second. It was totally worth it. Six months later…I’ve realized that words can’t describe how much these habits helped me. It might sound cliche, but they really did change my life for the better. It wasn’t easy at first. But now I read more, I get tired less and I use my free time more productively. CONTENT UPGRADE Here’s another helpful article about how incredible successful people think. Quick SummaryI always provide a quick summary at the beginning of my blog post so that you can decide if this article is for you or not. Follow these steps in this particular order ..
Do you want a proven strategy that lets you achieve all your goals with an ease, even without setting goals in the typical way? Cool… then let’s get into the good stuff. Stop Setting GoalsWhen a new year is coming we all tend to obsess with our new goals. We tend to speak a lot about them in December and January, some even in February and what huge positive impact they would have in our lives when we achieve them. Here’s something interesting… According to this article, only 8% of people achieve their new year’s resolutions. And the reason why is because most of us have too many other priorities in our lives that this kind of goal setting approach is doomed to failure. I’ve did my own research and I found that achieving goals shouldn’t be the target you should aim for. Instead I would rephrase it to “Developing a new habit.” The reason why I believe goal setting doesn’t work is because of our habits. We cannot pursue our goals if we haven’t formed the right habits first. Developing new habits takes the right strategies and not only willpower like so many of us believe. When I remember back the time I was a strong smoker, I’ve always wanted to quit smoking because I knew that it has some huge negative impact on my health. After smoking for more than 10 years, trying endless methods to quit smoking and none of them worked the long term, I’ve decided to try something new. At that time I was studying a guy called Brendon Burchard. You can check out his blog here. When it comes to high performance, habit developing and personal growth, he’s one of my favorite experts in the field. Here’s a cool video you might like about high performing habits: As you dig into this topic of developing better habits, you might find that living a better life with all the things you want for you and your loved ones has a lot to do with having the right habits. Because habits let you make small decisions that lead you towards achieving your dreams. In order for you to develop a new habit, you must first of all find out what you actually want from life. There are many ways to come up with all the things you desire, such as finding a way to use the Law of Attraction to find out what I really want in life. I’ve watched videos like this many many hours, but specifically this one helped me the most. …but I found that one specific process helped me to come up with a list of all the things I truly desire in less than a few minutes… …without any hard guess work, without any difficult exercises. Find out what you wantHere’s the process I’ve used in detail, start with the following question: “What would you do if there were no way you could fail? If you were 10 times smarter, have 10 times more skills and knowledge than the rest of the world, what would you do?” While thinking about these questions, I want you to grab a piece of paper and draw 2 timelines. 6 months and 12 months. Then I want you to list up 5 things you dream of having (list everything you want, such as material things.) Then you want to list up 5 things you dream of being (make a list of the things you wanna be great at, such as be great at gardening, be great at speaking Russian.) And finally you want to come up with 5 things you want to be doing (such as visiting Canada, climbing the Rocky Mountains etc.) For those of you who have problems to come up with the things you want in your life, make a list of all the things you hate or fear and then come up with a new list with all the opposites. The most important part here is not to limit yourself. Don’t limit what you want. Now you have these lists, what’s next? The next step would be to change the “being” things into “doing”. The reason why you want to turn your “being” list into a “doing” list is because it makes it easier for you to take action to achieve those things. For example: -If your “being” list would contain that you’re good in speaking Russian, you could change it into “Taking an online or offline course to learn this new language.” Don’t worry… we’re almost done with the 6 months timeline. Now you want to pick the 4 most appealing and exciting dreams from all columns.

Once you have the 4 most appealing, exciting dreams of all columns for the 6 months timeline, repeat the same process for the 12 months timeline. The last step is to calculate the monthly costs to have all these dreams fulfilled in your life.

It’s an honor to be able to share some of my favorite games on PlayStation 4 with all of you. The games below are just a few of my favorites, but this list is by no means exhaustive — PlayStation 4 has one of the most robust and diverse games libraries of any console to date. Thanks to the tens of millions of dedicated players and fans, and the tireless work of amazingly talented developers around the world, we’ve entered a golden age in gaming. Please enjoy the list of games below, and I look forward to playing with all of you on PS4! Rocket LeagueIn many ways, Rocket League embodies every game developer’s aspirational goals – it is an unbelievably fun game that relies on simple, easy to understand, mechanics that are incredibly deep and difficult to master. Rocket League’s simple mechanics coupled with an outrageous premise makes this one of the quintessential multiplayer games to experience. Rainbow 6 SiegeIntense. Tactical. Strategic. Competitive. Rainbow 6 Siege is my favorite multiplayer FPS of this generation. Its unique combination of tactical gameplay with a refreshing take on classes, perks, and abilities makes for an unbelievably tense and competitive experience. If you’re even remotely a fan of first-person-shooters, Rainbow 6 Siege is a must play. FortniteBattle Royale… a term we were probably all unfamiliar with until recently, now it’s a multiplayer gaming phenomenon. Fortnite is arguably at the forefront of the Battle Royale genre – offering up a slew of unique features, modes, and mechanics that separate it from its competitors. With the ability to build on the fly, and its fast-paced game flow, Fortnite offers up non-stop action and emergent gameplay as 100 people attempt to be the last-man-standing. Join me, and millions of others, in Tilted Towers the Game… wait, no, Fortnite – sorry, but seriously; I hope to see all of you at the basketball court in Tilted Towers. Cities SkylinesCity building games are often thought about in the past tense – as a genre that was once synonymous with gaming, and now non-existent. However, Cities Skylines represents the best in a modern city building simulator; with slick UI, a realistic simulation engine, and a sublime orchestral soundtrack, you can melt away hours upon hours as you build the city of your dreams. Gran Turismo SportIs it even possible to have a list of the best games on a PlayStation console and not have Gran Turismo on the list? I think not! There are few things in gaming that are as rewarding and frustrating as making a gold time on every license test in Gran Turismo. And Gran Turismo Sport continues to keep its racing tradition alive, while also entering a new era with online competition and eSports. If you’re a racing fan, or perhaps just a competitive oriented player, there’s no excuse not to try the latest entry in the storied Gran Turismo series. Okami HDOkami HD is one of my favorite games from the PS2 era. Okami’s visual aesthetic has proven to be timeless, and it’s one of the few games to combine both gameplay mechanics and visual aesthetics together in a meaningful way. As you paint your way through Okami’s beautiful and challenging world, you’ll experience not only beautiful visuals, but also one of the best action adventure games ever released on a PlayStation console. Grim Fandango RemasteredI grew up playing point and click adventure games as a kid, so it’s no surprise to see Tim Schaeffer’s Grim Fandango on this list. Grim Fandango is one of the most delightful point and click adventure games ever made; its sly sense of humor, quirky characters, and clever puzzles make it a blast to play through. If you’ve never played a classic point and click adventure, give Grim Fandango a shot – es maravilloso! Metal Gear Solid 5Metal Gear Solid 5 is one of the best examples of a “textbook” masterpiece. Yeah, the story is crazy, and I’m still not quite sure what’s going on, but it really doesn’t matter. MGS 5 is a fantastic game that provides you with a set of tools and a sandbox in which to use them… from tactical stealth gameplay, to absolutely hilarious traps and decoys, you can spend hundreds of hours playing with this game’s world, its AI inhabitants, and its unique set of mechanics. Limbo/InsideNormally, I’m not that excited about story driven games – I’m not a fan of cut scenes, I dislike dialogue boxes, and, more importantly, I really dislike when a game forces me to stop playing in order to tell a story; which is why Limbo and Inside are on this list. These games tell a riveting story without a single spoken line of dialogue or cut scene. Limbo and Inside highlight the intrinsically unique ways in which video games can tell a story through interactivity and everyone should experience their wonderfully crafted narrative. HitmanHitman is one of my favorite long running franchises, and it’s one of the best stealth games available on PlayStation 4. Hitman is a game that will challenge your ability to be creative… how do you want to accomplish this objective? Should I steal a guard’s uniform to sneak past the security detail? Or maybe I’ll set off a decoy and force them to relocate. Or, better yet, maybe an incredibly rare and unfortunate “accident” will take the guards out of the equation. In Hitman, all of these possibilities – and many more – are readily available at your fingertips, and it’s up to you to decide how to complete the mission. Resident Evil 7 (VR)Let’s be honest – exploring a creepy, dilapidated, mansion in the backwoods of Louisiana probably isn’t on the top of many bucket lists, but Resident Evil 7 on PlayStation VR certainly makes a strong case for why it should be. Every creak, wisp of wind, banging shutter, and ghoulish sound will make you wonder if it’s really a good idea to turn around. Resident Evil 7’s incredible atmosphere highlights the impressive ways in which PlayStation VR can transport you to a completely different world. Head over to PlayStation Store now to browse Lance’s list as well as picks curated by Ed Boon, YOKO TARO, Cliff Bleszinski, and more. via Tumblr Discover the Creators: Lance Leahy’s Favorite PlayStation Games We’re celebrating the year of Mega Man’s 30th anniversary later this year with the upcoming release of the brand new Mega Man 11, and even sooner, we’ll be revisiting the iconic storied history of the post-apocalyptic Mega Man X series on PS4. All eight X games will be playable across Mega Man X Legacy Collection and Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2 when they debut on PlayStation 4 — with some all-new features — on July 24. I hope you’ll join me in reflecting on the unique history this series shares with PlayStation, where many of these games made their first debut. The letter “X” is significant. It can represent unknown variables, mark hidden treasure, and holds an important place in fields of study like aerospace and genetics. In the field of technology, the “X” moniker can also signal the next phase of powerful hardware. The original PlayStation was codenamed “PS-X” before its launch – a mysterious and exciting codename that hints at new graphical potential. Speaking of powerful hardware, “X” is the name given to Dr. Light’s enhanced robotic successor to Mega Man in the Mega Man X series. The etymological connection is a fun one, but PlayStation and the Mega Man X series also have a deeper connection. Mega Man X3 Before the first PlayStation hit the market, Mega Man X dashed onto the video game scene in 1994 during the 16-bit era as an evolution of the classic Mega Man formula. The titular blue robot jumps and shoots his way through eight varied stages, steals a weapon from the Maverick boss at the end, and takes down an evil mastermind. In addition to a more sci-fi aesthetic and grittier tone, Mega Man X layered on exciting gameplay enhancements, like dashing and wall jumping. These new abilities opened up new combat possibilities for players, and made the 16-bit reinvention much more than a fresh coat of paint. This pitch-perfect gameplay extended through Mega Man X2 (1994) and X3 (1995) in the 16-bit era, delivering a trio of tough-but-fair adventures featuring X and his ally Zero in their fight against the maniacal Sigma. In 1997, following the 16-bit era, the Mega Man X series deployed exclusively onto CD format consoles – including PlayStation – to thrilling results. X and his mysterious Maverick-hunting friend Zero came to life in beautifully animated cutscenes of Mega Man X4, solidifying the X series as far darker and grimmer than the ever-endearing classic Mega Man series. For the first time from the outset of the game, players could choose to blast through stages as X with his trusty X-Buster, or slice and dice through Mavericks as Zero with his nimble Z-Sabre. Players could further enhance X with discoverable armor sets that offered benefits such as improved mobility or defense, allowing players to customize their play style, while Zero learned new, powerful special moves with each defeated Maverick. Mega Man X4 was just the beginning of a long-running alliance between X and Sony’s powerful machine. Mega Man X6 PlayStation became the sole destination to experience the Mega Man X series as it evolved following Mega Man X4. Mega Man X5 (2000) iterated on the tried-and-true eight-boss formula by adding new objectives such as crafting a spacecraft and enormous laser cannon to help combat mounting forces. Mega Man X6 (2001) tasked players with rescuing fellow Maverick Hunters before they became corrupted by the deadly “Nightmare” virus. Mega Man fans experienced more than intense, satisfying gameplay throughout these sequels – they also watched beloved characters die, and witnessed surprising story connections between the X series and the original Mega Man lore. We could never look at Dr. Wily the same way again. The launch of PlayStation 2 marked the beginning of a new era of video games, and the ever-trustworthy X ventured into this new frontier. PS2 opened up new possibilities for 3D video games, and Capcom capitalized on the new tech by debuting the first (and only) Mega Man X game to expand beyond the two-dimensional plane. Mega Man X7 (2003) allowed X, Zero, and their new blaster-wielding friend Axl to explore a more immersive version of the series’ world with increased depth and a new auto-aim system. Mega Man X8 (2004) returned the series to purely side-scrolling roots while retaining the detailed 3D character models and environments PS2 made possible. The latest entry in the series introduced new features, such as the ability to call on partners mid-battle for huge, screen-filling attacks, and the ability to mix and match armor pieces to fit your needs. The all-new X Challenge mode lets players face off against two Maverick bosses at once! Looking back is important and insightful, but playing these classics is the best way to enjoy them. On July 24, you’ll find Mega Man X Legacy Collection includes: Mega Man X, Mega Man X2, Mega Man X3, Mega Man X4, and Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2 includes: Mega Man X5, Mega Man X6, Mega Man X7, Mega Man X8. Both collections will be available digitally or at retail in a two-disc bundle. Each collection includes the full games, along with a huge collection of archived art and historic trailers, and the new X Challenge mode that pits X against two deadly Maverick bosses from various X games at once. A skilled Maverick Hunter is only as powerful as his tools enable him to be – so reach for that trusty DualShock 4 controller and its familiar directional buttons on July 24. It feels like home. via Tumblr Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 & 2 Hit PS4 July 24 |
